This role will focus on the Experience Access portfolio, including innovative features like Lightning Lane, Virtual Queue, and Disability Access Services.
As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in enhancing the digital guest experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features that elevate the user experience across web and mobile platforms. This is a full-time 12-month contract that is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The application deadline is 11/27/24.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Champion and enhance the digital guest experience across various platforms.
- Translate digital product strategy into actionable user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Manage the feature development backlog, attend daily scrums, and proactively remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate closely with design, technology, and other teams to ensure product development aligns with visual design, content strategy, and the overall product vision.
- Provide strategic updates to executives and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product milestones and objectives.
- Contribute to launch plans for new guest experiences, ensuring timely execution.
- Track product performance, support A/B testing, and suggest improvements to enhance digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues, ensure uptime, and manage content configuration as necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for partner expectations, scope management, budget, and communications.
- Deliver marketing and operations projects on time and within budget, escalating unresolved issues to leadership when necessary.
- Ensure proper review and approval of key results with relevant stakeholders.
Product Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management, specifically in website and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with iOS/Android release processes and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with content management systems for maintaining websites and mobile apps.
- Experience with tools and processes for go-to-market delivery, content configuration, and service integration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, using data and metrics to inform decisions and build business cases.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver quality results on time.
- Strong relationship-building skills, capable of achieving results across all organizational levels.
- Comfort working with bi-coastal and international teams.
- Strategic thinker who takes initiative and can drive ideas into action.
